WCA provides camper pick-up/drop-off at Oakland International Airport or San Francisco International Airport for the following fees:

OAK: $150 

SFO: $200

WCA does not provide transportation of parents or guardians to/from the airport, only registered Week in the Creek participants. WCA does not provide services to pick-up/accompany minors to their gates. All campers will be met at baggage claim on 7/25 and escorted to check-in/security on 7/29.

Day-Campers are encouraged to ride the bus with the other campers to and from the hotel and pool every day, but can also be picked up/dropped off at DVC if necessary. 

Drop off on Friday, the first day of camp:

Aim to fly in by 11:00 am, or drop off at host hotel, (TBD) between 12:00 and 1:30 pm. 

Pick-up on Tuesday, the last day of camp:

Parents are welcome to observe from 11:45 am, the exhibition is at 12:00 pm, and camp will end at about 1:00 pm after lunch for the campers and short awards ceremony. Parents may pick up directly from the pool. Please make sure to find the designated check-out person to sign your camper out before you leave!! Campers flying home alone and who need rides to the airport, please aim to book a 4:00 pm or later flight out on July 29th. You will leave directly from the pool to go to the airport.
