Year-Round Competitive Program
After the completion of one or more summer Trainee sessions, a swimmer is eligible to participate in the year-round competitive program. This starts with the Fall Training period, which usually begins the second week in September. During this time, all 12 and under synchro swimmers train together, and all 13 and over synchro swimmers train together to get back in shape and evaluate where each swimmer should be placed for the upcoming season.
At the end of Fall Training, swimmers break into teams and start training with the new seasons' teams around the middle of October. Below is a break-down of how many days and length of practice for all of the age groups. Swimmers can most likely expect a Saturday morning practice and during the week practice times will start/end generally between the hours of 4:00 to 8:00 pm.

Competition season runs January-June. July is typically a month with some downtime, where optional practices are offered a few days a week to have fun and keep in shape! In August, training is held in preparation for our Fall Show over Labor Day weekend each year.
